Estimate appointments are usually available within 24 hours — pick any open slot on the calendar and we'll confirm it with you. The cleaning itself is typically scheduled up to a week out depending on the season, so if you have a deadline, book your estimate as soon as you know your dates.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. Booking an estimate with Duo Cleaning Company requires no payment, no deposit, and no card on file. You get your exact price at the estimate and only pay once cleaning work is actually done.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our customers are at work while their home is cleaned. We arrange access details with you when we schedule your first visit.
Who will be cleaning my home?
A trained Duo Cleaning Company employee. We do not use subcontractors, and every employee is background-checked before working in a customer's home or business.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just let us know at least one hour before your scheduled service and there is no charge. Cancellations inside that window are subject to a cancellation fee, because the team and the time have already been reserved for you.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Cleaning supplies and equipment are included in every Duo Cleaning Company job.
Do you clean businesses as well as homes?
